Memorial Day Weekend

Once again I'm going to apologize for my parents' lack of photos again. Here's a real short version of my Memorial Day weekend.

First my grammy and grampy showed up on Saturday afternoon. Here I am having a conversation with grampy.

Then my Uncle Bryan came with my soon to be Aunt Jenny. We had to celebrate the newly engaged couple. I'm so excited for another wedding! I love weddings! I'm also very excited to have a new aunt! Congratulations!
Here's me showing everyone my walking skills! The last week I have really mastered walking. I want to walk everywhere, and I don't want anyone to hold my hand. I'm such a big girl! Notice I had just got done getting into the pots and pans. That's grammy in the back getting stuff ready for the grill. We had a cookout Saturday night at my house. Unfortunately, I had to go to bed before the grilling started.
(Yes, my shirt does say Miss Marvelous above the drool mark.)

Here I am playing with another pair of shoes. This one is Jenny's flip flop. I like them all!

We even had a cake for mommy. She turns 30 June 1st, and since we were all together, we went ahead and celebrated!

The rest of the weekend is not documented. My mommy and daddy went to the Indy 500 Sunday, and I stayed with Grammy and Grampy. We were supposed to go out to dinner Sunday night, but someone was wore out from playing and was a little cranky. I'll leave the guessing to you. It was a great weekend though, and I had a lot of fun with the family! Thanks for visiting!

Shoes, Shoes, Shoes

I love shoes! I guess that's the girl coming out in me. Right now, I'm not picky though. I love to put any kind of shoes on my hands and go around the house in them. Here I am with daddy's work shoes.

Being Outside

I LOVE to be outside! I always walk to the door and point out. I reach for the handles, but am not quite big enough yet. One of these days...

Here I am investigating the bush. I'm not real sure of it.

Welcome to the world!

On April 19th, my little cousin Adam Reid joined the world. He's going to be bigger than me soon though weighing in at 9 lbs. 11 oz. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures when we went to see him, but I promise to get some soon! (Mommy and Daddy are really slacking on the photos!)

Congratulations Uncle Josh and Aunt Amy! He is precious!!!

Mother's Day Weekend

We went to Evansville for Mother's Day weekend, and you would have thought we would have gotten lots of pictures, but this is the only one that will make the blog. This was mom's day off, and I guess that proves to everyone who is in charge of pictures. Daddy didn't take any. I'm getting ready to pat Connor on the head.

A New Discovery

I have recently discovered my belly button, which means I also am in the habit of flashing people. Daddy's not real sure about this! Whenever someone asks where my belly button is, my shirt goes way up so I can find it. This also causes some frustrations when mom puts onesies on me. Then I just have to find everyone else's belly buttons.

Unfortunately, this is not my only discovery, I have also found my nose, which means my finger goes up. Why would my finger fit perfectly in it if it wasn't supposed to be in there. Mommy and daddy have not quite caught that one on camera yet, but hope to soon.

My New Spot

I have a new favorite spot in the house. I love to sit on the bottom of the sofa table. Mom has decided to start putting my toys on there also, which makes it even better.

I also play peek-a-boo around the legs of it.
